A promoter is suing Akon for pulling out of a concert eight days before the scheduled date despite allegedly receiving $125,000 from his booking agent

According to a lawsuit filed in the Supreme Court of the State of NY, Lofraco Belgium contends Kon was slated to perform at the show alongside Kardinal Offishall and Colby O'Donis, but cancelled, citing "scheduling conflicts."
